What Mind Matters workshops deliver

Suitable design: We collaborate with clients (business units and L&D personnel) to validate customer training requirements, the business and organizational context and the domain / work context of the intended audience. We then suitably re-shape our content to ensure audience impact and learning.

Concepts: We are extremely particular about the content we develop and deliver. Every concept included in our content has to satisfactorily answer the following questions:

"What will the participant take away that he / she didn't know before?"
"Why will the participant be better equipped to apply this concept after our program?"

Application: During our workshops, we alternate concept sessions and cases / activities that demonstrate their application to specific business situations. Participants get adequate practice time, understand finer nuances involved in application and learn by making errors.

Fun: One of the most consistent and satisfying feedback messages we have received from our clients is that participants enjoyed learning after a long time. We put in a lot of effort to ensure 'lightness' in delivery, through a number of methods - puzzles, games, humour, audio-visual elements and use of lateral analogies / examples to pin down concepts.

Credibility: This is one of the cornerstones of our value proposition to clients. Our prior experience in business consulting and management of core functions in corporate carries weight in the minds of workshop participants, and makes them more receptive to new ideas and concepts.

Reinforcement: In consultation with the Client leaders, we also build in post-workshop reinforcement initiatives to ensure better retention and application of concepts learnt.
