Played multiple leadership roles. In his most current role as the Managing Director for the CPG client portfolio @ Accenture

- matured and leveraged industry capability program for growth - through proficiency building, asset development, and refinement of market offerings to create differentiation
- exceeded the people development goals - retention, engagement, proficiency building and career planning for the team of 3000 people
Set up and grown operations for captive clients
Worked in the US for around a decade, thereby developing a broader perspective of the global business and IT landscape
As Anant focused on delivering business outcomes for his clients and internally, across a complex and diverse landscape, he has actively pursued one of his key passions – People Development.
