Sriram Subramanian

Sriram Subramanian graduated from IIT Roorkee with a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering in the year 1994. Subsequently he graduated with a PGDM from IIM Calcutta in1996. He was a top-10 ranked student at both institutes.

He worked for 8 years as a management consultant with Accenture, based in Bombay. During this period, he managed projects for clients in the textiles, chemicals, FMCG and Pharmaceutical sectors. His projects spanned multiple functions - manufacturing, supply chain logistics, distribution and marketing.

In 2003, Sriram moved to corporate industry as VP - Strategic Planning in Piramal Healthcare Ltd., initially as part of the Chairman's Office, thereafter as Head of Strategic Marketing & Sales Training Depts.

Sriram founded Mind Matters in 2006, and has trained over 5000 personnel in consulting firms and in corporates.

His interests include reading, writing, music, photography, hiking and parenting.

Rekha Koita

Rekha Koita did her Bachelor of Technology in Metallurgical Engineering from IIT Mumbai in 1992. She then went on to complete her M.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University (USA) in 1994. She is the recipient of the Institute Medal at IIT-Mumbai for graduating at the top of her class. She also received the Vidya Bharathi award from the Indian Institute of Metals in 1993 for her academic record at IIT. Rekha also stood first in her graduating class at Carnegie Mellon.

On returning to Mumbai in 1995, Rekha worked for Accenture as a management consultant for 8 years. During this tenure, she managed projects for over a dozen clients in consumer goods, automotives, shipping as well as Accenture's India Delivery Centre. Her key focus areas included operations (business process re-engineering, ERP design and implementation, performance/profitability enhancement), and human resources (corporate governance, recruitment and training).

She then moved on to the social sector for a few years. She was involved with GiveIndia, a leading Indian online charity portal based in Mumbai. She helped them re-engineer their sales processes and implement Salesforce, a package software to enhance the sales process. She also created a strategy for them to reach out to high value clients by evaluating various sales channels. In addition, Rekha was responsible for establishing certain key alliances with Indian corporate for Internet Marketing and sales of large projects.

Mainak Maheshwari

Developing, coaching and grooming people are an area of passion for Mainak. His basic guiding principle is - "Quot Rami Tot Arbores" - as many branches, so many trees.

Mainak's people strengths have been fine-tuned working across locations, cultures and domains. He is recognized as a powerful coach and guideto people across teams - enabling them towards high performance.He has been facilitating various capability development sessions at Accenture. As a facilitator, Mainak is known for connecting with the audience across levels and working towards the desired outcomes.

Mainak has 18 years of work experience, including with Accenture, Hewitt Associates and Heidrick & Struggles, in addition to having an entrepreneurial stint. Mainak has had the opportunity to work with clients as well as internal organizations in helping them design, build and run strategic HR programs covering a wide spectrum, including human capital strategy, talent management, capability development, HR transformation and talent acquisition.He has also filed for a patent in the area of HR talent management and capability development.

Mainak holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.

Vineet Luhariwala

Vineet Luhariwala

Vineet has over 23 years of experience extending across Consulting and Pharma sectors. Vineet is a Chemical Engineer (Gold Medalist – IIT BHU) and MBA from XLRI. Vineet is also Certified Six Sigma Black Belt practitioner. After an initial training and experience in Consulting , Vineet joined the pharmaceutical sector and has essayed a full gamut of roles across mid-large sized pharma companies

Over his career in Pharma, he has performed roles of Program Management, Business Development, Operational excellence and P&L responsibility for Business units. He has been part of several M&A programs at Pharma companies, with responsibilities extending from due diligence to strategic planning and post-merger integrations. As a part of global organisations, he has worked in UK & USA for over 5 years

Vineet’s last industry assignments were in the role of COO for mid-sized Pharma companies, working with Private Equity firms in turnaround and growth of the acquired entities. He has deep experience with developing Portfolio strategy, Supply chain and new product launches.

Working with a large, complex set of stakeholders, Vineet’s first-hand industry experience is a testament to the benefits of utilizing consulting tools and techniques in the industry environment in quickly relating to client situations and developing customized solutions. Vineet has delivered over 2000 presentations over his career and conducted several workshops and training sessions on topics comprising strategy, finance, quality assurance etc.

Hormuzd Madan

Hormuzd Madan

Hormuzd Madan is a Chartered Accountant (rank holder) and a Cost and Management Accountant. He has trained with Wharton (Strategy—Development to Execution) and with MIT Sloan (Innovation and Design Thinking).

Hormuzd is an experienced professional with three rich perspectives—an Outside-in view as a Consultant with Accenture Consulting (10 years), C-level Operations Leader with Accenture Technology India (13 years) and an Owner mindset with a C-level role at Monjin Interviews, a startup (4 years).

Hormuzd worked for 23 years with Accenture where he was an MD for 10 years. From 1994-2003 Hormuzd worked in Accenture’s Performance Improvement and Strategy practice where he reduced enterprise cost, process cycle times and headcount by implementing and managing change. He worked for 30+ diverse clients and across multple industries and most enterprise functions.

From 2004-2016 he managed Operations for Accenture Technology while the business grew from 4500 to 90,000 people. He managed a budget of US$2+billion, led a remote-working team of 150+ people across 7 locations.

From 2016 Hormuzd became a co-promoter of a tech startup, Monjin where he set up and headed Monjin delivery for 100+ clients, oversaw Finance, raised $3+million funds and managed investor relations.

Hormuzd has delivered 2500+ presentations and 75+ trainings on multiple topics / areas over his 30 years. He has developed trainings including 2 courses for the Accenture-ISB joint programme, a day-long, simulation-based, ‘Building Business Acumen’ course for Accenture India Managers (jointly with BTS), and a ‘Manage My Money’ course for kids and lay people.
